Datacom Australia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. You will be the technical escalation point and drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 stack for our clients.

This role focuses on enabling productivity across workloads including data, files, communications, security and identity, across Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne with Australian citizenship required for NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 services and enable adoption for clients.
• Guide customers toward productivity outcomes across data, files, communications and collaboration, security and identity.
• Collaborate with teams across Australian offices to implement Modern Workplace solutions.
