Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Australia-wide Centre of Excellence. You will deliver Microsoft 365 enablement and drive adoption, guiding customers to productive outcomes across data, files, and collaboration.

You will act as a technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 stack and work across Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne offices, with Australian citizenship required for NV1 clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

Australian Citizenship is required.
Experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation.
Extensive hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

Responsibilities

Deliver Microsoft 365 enablement and productivity outcomes for customers across workloads (data, files, communications, collaboration).
Act as technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.
Guide our business and customers towards adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.
Collaborate with Australian offices across Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne.
