Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Australia-wide Centre of Excellence. You will be the technical escalation point for Modern Workplace services and drive adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack across workloads such as data, files, collaboration, security and identity management.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship is required to be eligible for this role.
• Experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation and hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
• Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of core Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Extensive knowledge of AzureAD identity management and related objects (Users, Groups, Devices, Guest Users).

Responsibilities

• Owns or contributes to end-to-end Microsoft 365 enablement and productivity outcomes for customers.
• Guides customers toward adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.
• Collaborates across workloads including data, files, communications, collaboration, security, and identity management.
• Acts as technical escalation point within the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence across Australia.
• Stays current with Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
• Supports modern workplace solutions and related collaboration tools.
