ETE Group Pty Ltd is searching for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to advance its Modern Workplace practice across Australia. The role focuses on SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Purview and Power Platform, delivering architecture, governance and transformation for diverse customers.

You will engage stakeholders, design solutions, and guide delivery while enjoying strong collaboration and career growth within a supportive, Australian-owned consultancy.

Formación

• Experience with SharePoint Online and/or broader M365 Modern Workplace expertise.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, intranets or information management.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Confidence designing solutions, solving technical challenges and delivering projects.
• A genuine passion for Microsoft technologies and working with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Work across Microsoft technologies and customer projects, including SharePoint Online and M365 Modern Workplace delivery.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture and consulting engagements with customers.
• Support pre-sales activities by shaping solutions and demonstrating value to clients.
• Lead or assist in project delivery, workshops and technical designs.

Work across an exciting range of Microsoft technologies and customer projects, including:

• SharePoint Online – Intranets, migrations, modernisation and document management.
• Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace – Collaboration, architecture, administration and transformation.
• Microsoft Purview – Information governance, compliance, retention and security.
• Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps and M365 integrations.
• Solution Design & Consulting – Customer workshops, POCs, technical designs and delivery.
• Pre-Sales – Helping customers shape solutions and supporting exciting new projects.

What We're Looking For -

We're interested in experienced Microsoft professionals who bring:

• Strong hands-on SharePoint Online and/or broader M365 Modern Workplace expertise.
