Job summary

Tier 1 builder in Queensland is seeking an experienced Services Manager to lead planning, integration, commissioning, and execution of complex MEPF services on a newly secured Correctional Centre project near Ipswich.

This site-based leadership role offers high visibility, technical complexity, and long-term security within a marquee government infrastructure program, with responsibilities spanning design, build, and handover across multiple services.

Qualifications

• Experience as Services Manager or Senior MEP role with Tier 1 contractor.
• Experience on large-scale, services-intensive projects (Hospitals, Correctional Facilities, Data Centres, Airports).
• Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant trade background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate building services, BIM/3D integration across MEP systems.
• Lead procurement and management of MEP subcontractors, ensuring schedule, safety, quality, budget.
• Coordinate security and specialized systems for secure facilities.
• Review drawings, manage buildability issues, identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate commissioning and handover from testing to operations.
