People First Bank in Queensland is seeking a Senior Member Experience Officer to be the welcoming face of the branch, delivering consistently high-quality service and guiding customers through our products and digital services.

This full-time, permanent role at the Caloundra Heritage Bank branch includes rotating Saturday mornings at the Maroochydore branch. Comprehensive training and growth opportunities are provided to support your career in banking.

Qualifications

• Welcoming face our customers look forward to seeing in the branch.
• Assist customers with enquiries and identify appropriate solutions by knowing our product & service offering.
• Support customers on how to utilise digital services to enhance banking experience.
• Manage the application process for personal lending for branch customers.
• Branch cash reconciliation and ordering.
• Provide exemplary customer service that is timely and accurate.
• Be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a successful branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their enquiries, making it easy for them to bank with us.
• Engage in quality conversations to help identify the right solutions for individual needs.
• Be a guru on our product & service offering to guide customers.
• Support customers in using digital banking services.
• Handle personal lending applications for branch customers.
• Contribute to branch success through teamwork.
