HEATCOOL MASTERS VIC PTY LTD – Vermont South VIC, is seeking a Licensed/Qualified Mechanical Plumber (HVAC) to join a professional installation team delivering residential HVAC projects across South-East & Inner Melbourne. You’ll work on multi-split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

The role offers hybrid work in Melbourne VIC, immediate start, and pay of $50–$60 per hour plus a company vehicle and ongoing training for career development.

Qualifications

• Gas & water experience highly regarded.
• Diagnostics knowledge highly regarded.
• Current driver’s licence with good record.
• White Card + solid OH&S understanding.
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
• Tech-savvy (experience with paperless systems is a bonus).
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Installation of multi-split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Installation of gas ducted heating & evaporative cooling.
• Service & repairs of gas ducted heating systems.
• Installation of ventilation & exhaust systems.
• Exposure to hydronic heating systems.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation.
• Mentoring technicians and apprentices.
• Time management is essential.
• Company car or vehicle allowances will be provided for the right applicant.
