Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Modeller to contribute to long-term infrastructure projects in Australia. You will model from concept design through construction documentation, taking ownership of coordination, documentation and modelling while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD, participate in design reviews, and support project delivery across the full lifecycle from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Proven and progressive Revit MEP experience in the building services industry.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
• Navisworks / clash detection experience desirable.
• Revizto experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and relevant Australian codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers and other discipline modellers to ensure accurate and integrated designs.
• Prepare detail drawings and documentation in accordance with Australian standards and client requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction.
• Support Project Setup, Creating/Editing REVIT Families, Equipment Scheduling, Multi disciplines coordination and Clash Detection.
