Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and building services knowledge.
• 10+ years in mechanical engineering with building projects.
• 5+ years in Australia in building services consulting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical services design for office, retail, residential, education sectors.
• Manage staff and coordinate with clients, drafters and builders.
• Oversee contract docs, spec development and construction supervision.
