The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Townsville team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Engineer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team

Our mechanical team consists of talented engineers and designers who provide a full suite of engineering services including dynamic analysis and non-linear finite element analysis (FEA), on a wide range of small and large projects. Some of our Mechanical capabilities include Bulk Materials Handling Design, Crushers, Overland Conveyors, Process Plant Equipment, Tailings Dams & Pumping Design, and NPI Equipment Design & Services

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage Mechanical engineering projects and activities.
• Interpret code and standards guidelines and ability to provide logical reasons to deviate from code and standards to deliver appropriate designs.
• Evaluate the outcomes and impacts of engineering activities and ability to communicate them clearly to the team.
