Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established building services consultancy in Brisbane. Take ownership of mechanical projects and lead delivery across commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes.

You will collaborate with clients, architects and contractors, provide technical leadership, ensure conformance with Australian standards, and contribute to the growth of the Brisbane team.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong Brisbane/QLD building services consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards and relevant codes.
• Confident working across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage project delivery, client requirements and project timeframes.
• Deliver HVAC and mechanical designs, documentation and technical solutions.
• Work closely with Electrical, Hydraulic and other engineering disciplines.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior and intermediate engineers.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Brisbane office.

This is a senior position working across a strong pipeline of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, with the opportunity to take ownership of mechanical projects and play a key role within the Brisbane team.
