Orange Sky Australia is seeking an experienced senior marketer to lead and deliver our Australia and NZ marketing strategy. You will manage a high-performing team, balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, and drive data-driven insights across campaigns.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover with broad stakeholder collaboration, flexible work, and a mission-driven culture that values community impact.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in a senior marketing role with leadership experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing/communications.
• Strong knowledge across brand, digital/performance, media relations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.

Aufgaben

• Deliver on FY27 strategy and build FY28 for Australia and NZ.
• Lead and mentor four direct reports and foster high performance.
• Develop tactical execution strategies for diverse campaigns.
• Function as a high-volume internal service hub for marketing requests.
• Gather and synthesize data to measure campaigns and provide insights.
• Oversee budgets and timelines across all marketing projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to hit targets.
• Provide hands-on support when needed to unblock work.
