Job summary

Orange Sky Australia is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive our national and NZ marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Transformation, you’ll lead a high-performing team, balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, and manage internal requests from inception to delivery.

You’ll guide four direct reports, develop data-driven campaign insights, and ensure initiatives stay on budget and on schedule while advancing our mission to positively connect communities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior marketing role, including at least 5 years managing people.
• Relevant tertiary qualification to back up experience.
• Expertise across brand, digital/performance, media relations, content strategy and website management.
• Strong communication, influencing and mediation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into improved audience experiences.
• Outstanding planning, organisational and budgeting abilities.
• Innovative, future-focused mindset aligned to the cause.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy: develop and deliver FY28 alongside FY27 strategy.
• Manage and mentor four direct reports, prioritise work and foster high performance.
• Develop tactical execution strategies for a broad range of campaigns.
• Function as a high-volume internal service department for marketing and comms requests.
• Gather and translate data into insights, report outcomes, and adapt approaches.
• Oversee projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet targets.
• Be hands-on as needed to support the team.
