Orange Sky Australia is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive our strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll lead a high-performance team, balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.

This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover emphasizes collaboration and measurable impact. You’ll manage four direct reports, guide budgets, and partner with diverse stakeholders to elevate our mission and brand in a fast-paced not-for-profit

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior marketing role with leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years direct people management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification supported by years in field.
• Experience in fundraising, not-for-profit, or agency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of marketing strategy for AU and NZ.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team of four.
• Drive data-driven campaign insights and measure outcomes.
• Oversee internal requests and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to hit targets.
