Job summary

FedEx Australia is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to translate customer and market data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to improve reporting and support strategic decisions.

In a data-driven, cross-functional environment, you will develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI and SQL, analyse trends, and present recommendations to senior leaders. Hybrid work options are available, with a focus on delivering impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing analytics, commercial analysis or related quantitative role.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel, Power BI and SQL skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, market, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and growth drivers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to support business decisions.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through customer and market analytics.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, customer analytics, pricing and product initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve business performance and processes.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to management and business leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, tools, and analytical processes.
