Hey you!
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator - Events to join genU’s Brand, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising and Inclusion team on a 12-month parental leave contract.
In this role, you'll help drive brand awareness, engagement and growth through the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital and social media channels.
Working closely with the Events Manager and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll develop and implement marketing and communications initiatives that support genU’s strategic objectives while delivering measurable outcomes. From campaign planning and content creation to digital marketing and performance reporting, you'll play a key role in elevating the genU brand and connecting with diverse audiences.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on delivery, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through effective marketing and communications.
At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
At genU, our differences make us stronger. We celebrate all kinds of diversity and the unique perspectives each of us brings. We’re committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful space where everyone feels valued and can thrive.
