What you'll do

As our National Manager - P&C (Employment & Businesses) you'll:

• Demonstrated experience leading People & Culture or Human Resources functions in a large organisation.
• Standalone expertise across employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive level
• A values-led leadership style with a genuine passion for developing people and teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support people priorities and organisational outcomes

• Experience within employment services, community services or vocational education.
