Job summary

You will oversee deal support, initial operational setup, lifecycle events, and cross‑border cash and FX activity to support Macquarie Asset Management and Macquarie Capital.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, finance or related role.
• Passion for financial markets and a career in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
• Innovative mindset, ready to drive change and challenge the status quo.
• Analytical thinker with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Tertiary degree in Commerce or business-related area highly regarded.
• Experience with analytics platforms and AI-enabled solutions is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for deal support and initial operational setup.
• Manage lifecycle event transactions and related stakeholder queries.
• Support daily operations including cash transactions and funding coordination.
• Assist with FX trades execution and related reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for operational support.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including AI solutions.
