Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced SMSF professional to lead the Self-Managed Super Funds function in Warrnambool, Victoria. This senior role offers mentorship of junior staff and close work with Partners, with a genuine pathway toward partnership and regional relocation support.

The successful candidate will own and develop a growing SMSF portfolio, ensuring compliance and providing strategic input to drive growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience within public practice accounting and/or SMSF advisory.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance requirements.
• Extensive experience managing SMSF portfolios.
• High proficiency with BGL and related practice management systems.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with aspirations towards leadership.

Responsibilities

About the Role
