Job summary

Adelaide chartered accounting firm is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio in business services and tax from the Adelaide CBD. You will work closely with Partners on complex engagements and mentor the team, while contributing to the advisory-led service model.

The role offers potential equity pathways and long-term succession planning, with a flexible 2 days WFH per week and adaptable hours.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 8+ years of Australian public practice experience at Manager/Senior Manager level.
• Strong knowledge across business services, tax compliance and advisory.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio independently.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability.
• Interest in moving toward advisory-led services and equity pathways.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of private clients including family groups and privately owned businesses.
• Lead complex compliance and tax engagements from start to finish.
• Provide advisory services across tax planning, structuring and business performance.
• Work with Partners on key client relationships and firm initiatives.
• Review and mentor junior and intermediate accountants.
• Contribute to the firm’s shift toward an advisory-led service model.
