Are you an experienced and strategic cyber security leader ready to make a meaningful impact at the intersection of national defence and cyber security.

CyberCX is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Consulting to lead Cyber Strategy and Advisory Programs in NSW.

In this role, you will:

• Play a critical role in supporting Tier One Clients is Sydney with Strategy & Consulting Services
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with C and D level stakeholders across organisations.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality engagement outcomes, team development, and strategic growth objectives for CyberCX's Strategy & Consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's broader public and private sectors.
• Evaluate customers' business needs and provide advice on strategic cyber security planning.
• Lead and manage engagement lifecycles, including scoping, planning, implementation, and project management.
• Manage engagement teams and develop key relationships, fostering significant client trust and follow-on work opportunities.
• Drive strategic initiatives and business capability improvement to position CyberCX for success in securing future contracts
• Act as a mentor, leader, and coach to team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment and excellence in delivery.

About You

• Proven stakeholder engagement and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact and meaningful training outcomes.
• Previously delivered multiple enterprise-wide Cyber Security Strategy Engagements, Advisory and Data Privacy experience is also useful.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to lead, deliver, and manage engagement financials.
• Experience in supporting strategic growth, client development, and the ability to understand engagements within a broader business context.
