Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Cyber Strategy & Consulting Manager to lead project teams and act as a trusted cyber advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia’s largest organisations. You will provide direction to consultants, build client trust, and demonstrate excellence in planning and execution.

This role requires strong cyber knowledge, strategic consulting experience, and the ability to manage client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle, from opportunity

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a global consulting firm or large technology company, with cyber strategy, privacy or data risk focus.
• Ability to communicate ideas with structure, clarity, and precision.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, computer engineering or related field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading others to build capabilities and deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering impact through high-quality delivery and strategic engagements.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to align engagements with broader business context.
• Experience identifying opportunities and helping qualify and sell engagements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning.
• Manage relationships with customers, including change management and development of key relationships for follow-on work.
• Lead and manage engagement teams with scoping, work plans, and project execution.
• Plan resources to complete major strategic proposals and product implementations.
• Perform rigorous analyses to identify value opportunities and present findings to executives.
• Foster cross-Practice collaboration and add value across CyberCX teams.
