Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations - Floreo Hub

Australian Catholic University – Sydney CBD NSW

The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations provides strategic leadership, commercial oversight and operational direction for the Floreo Hub; the Faculty of Education and Arts' strategic platform for research translation, partnership development, education innovation and impact generation. This position manages a diverse and complex function within the Hub and operating in close partnership with the Deputy Dean Global Engagement, Associate Dean Partnerships and Innovation and internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. The role leads Floreo's multidisciplinary team and is responsible for translating research and academic expertise into scalable education products, programs, partnerships, consulting opportunities and enterprise initiatives, including tenders and research grants. The Senior Manager drives a high-performance culture through strong program leadership, overseeing complex projects, managing staff and financial resources, reporting and performance evaluation, including the development and assessment of success measures.

Total remuneration valued to $181,480 - $181,480 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $153,581 - $153,581 (pro rata) pa (HEW 10 Base 1), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
