Job summary

PRA is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Consulting to lead a team of Senior Security Consultants and deliver security consulting across the organisation. You’ll stay hands-on in your domain as an expert consultant and build trusted relationships with IT leaders.

You’ll drive risk assessments, security architecture reviews and security testing engagements while shaping security policies and guidelines. This is a collaborative, growth‑oriented role within a large security function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, risk or security, including 2+ years in consulting.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing security teams.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk assessment methods and technical security solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior technology leaders.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC are highly desirable.
