Job summary

Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Senior Manager, Professional Services, based in Sydney, Australia. This role leads a diverse team of Anaplan Solution Architects across ANZ to drive successful, scalable deployments of our AI-infused planning platform.

You will guide complex projects, ensure on-time delivery, and expand customer value while collaborating with Customers Success, Sales, Alliances and Partners. Some regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing software projects and teams.
• Experience leading cloud applications.
• Experience managing diverse teams in onsite/offshore settings.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong client management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, enable, and hire the Professional Services team in line with company values.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of Anaplan solutions using The Anaplan Way.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Forecast bookings, utilization, margin, and project health across the practice.
• Identify opportunities for adoption and expansion and escalate as needed.
• Recruit new talent to grow the Professional Services team.
