Job summary

People2people is partnering with an established boutique accounting practice in West Perth to recruit a Senior Manager / Business Services Manager. This hands-on leadership role focuses on managing large, high-net-worth client groups while mentoring a team of local and offshore accountants.

The role offers a genuine long-term pathway to Partnership and a base with up to $150,000 plus super, in a full-time, on-site West Perth setting.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Strong Australian public practice experience.
• Manager or Senior Manager level experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large and high-net-worth private client groups.
• Act as trusted adviser and key client contact.
• Provide taxation, accounting and business advisory services.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work.
• Lead and develop local and offshore accountants.
• Ensure workflow and quality standards across the team.
• Collaborate with Partners on client strategy and firm initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients.
