Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Manager Organisational Effectiveness for a temporary opportunity up to 15 months at Macquarie Park, NSW. You will lead scoping, planning and end-to-end delivery of people strategy initiatives, designing fit-for-purpose solutions and embedding them into BAU.

You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and coaching to deliver measurable improvements across an enterprise scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational effectiveness projects and programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance facilitation.
• Proven ability to design fit-for-purpose people strategy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning, development and end-to-end delivery of people strategy initiatives.
• Provide strategic, outcome-oriented thought leadership and robust governance.
• Coach and develop Program Delivery Specialists and embed programs into BAU.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to align leaders on new ways of working.
• Lead culture change and business transformation programs with enterprise reach.
