Orange Sky is seeking a Senior Manager Operations Support (Contract) to lead volunteer programs, fleet operations, and the MyOS platform across Australia and NZ. You will shape strategy, coordinate resource planning, and drive improvements with a focus on safety, quality, and service continuity.
The role requires a strategic, systems-focused leader who can mentor leaders, manage budgets, and collaborate with executive teams while travelling as needed.

The Role
This position is perfect for a strategic, systems-focused leader who excels at supporting high-performing teams and translating big-picture vision into seamless operational delivery. This fixed-term contract role reports to our Director, Marketing & Operations Support. Overseeing Volunteer Support, Asset Support, and Volunteer Experience, you will provide strategic direction for our volunteer program, fleet operations, and volunteer platform ensuring operational systems are scalable, efficient, and deeply grounded in the needs of our community and volunteers.
