Home-in seeks a Senior Manager, IT Operations and AI to shape and execute strategy across technology operations, resilience, AI and shared services. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance to ensure reliable services and scalable AI adoption.

You will lead Incident Management, BCM, DR and SRE practices while guiding AI delivery initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes for Ventures.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background across technology operations and resilience.
• Experience leading incidents and complex recovery activities.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI and AI adoption strategies.
• Experience with vendor and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategy for technology operations and resilience.
• Lead Incident Management with governance, tooling and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance during major incidents and coordinate recovery.
• Oversee AI Delivery and translate AI strategy into delivery.
• Manage shared services and cross-team coordination.
