Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong experience in HR solutions, HR transformation, or related advisory roles.
- Ability to connect client needs with technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
- Experience working with partners or ecosystems to enhance capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen ADP's partner enablement across HR solutions in the ANZ market.
- Ensure solution design and client engagements reflect workforce challenges.
- Reduce administrative complexity and improve workforce insights.
- Identify evolving client needs and opportunity areas in ANZ market.
- Shape go-to-market strategy and strengthen partner relationships.
- Collaborate to keep HR solutions credible and commercially valuable.
- Apply technology, automation, and AI to HR solutions in market.
- Support client outcomes with HR tech-enabled solutions.
- Contribute insights to inform strategic decisions as part of SLT.
