Job summary
Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr Mgr, Business Development to lead commercial partnerships for Direct-to-Device connectivity. You will define how Leo DTD partners bring satellite connectivity to subscribers, manage partner agreements, and align with product, solutions architecture, finance, legal, and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in telecom or connectivity partnerships, strong leadership in matrixed organizations, and a track record of negotiating high-stakes VP-level contracts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of building and leading large teams in matrixed structures.
- Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Experience in enterprise software products and new technology platforms.
- Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners.
- Collaboration with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the partnership for Amazon Leo DTD connectivity services for device customers.
- Execute partnership strategies for long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with capabilities and service readiness.
- Develop and present updates to VP and SVP-level leadership.
