Job summary

Pepper Money ANZ is seeking a Senior Manager Data and Analytics to shape decisions across Mortgage and White Label businesses. You will transform complex data into insights, driving growth, performance and customer outcomes with a senior leadership team.

You will lead a Manila-based analytics team, partner with Sales, Product, Credit and Operations, and own the CRM analytics roadmap while delivering measurable improvements across reporting and data quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data analytics, BI, reporting or commercial performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
• Experience working with large datasets and BI tools.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of business reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Deliver executive insights to support planning, forecasting and decision‑making.
• Analyse performance across brokers, products, channels and segments to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to set targets and KPIs.
• Lead Manila-based Data and Analytics team with coaching and capability uplift.
• Own CRM roadmap and analytics capability improvements across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, data quality and processes.
