Job summary

Westpac in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit Card Pricing & Optimisation to shape pricing strategy and drive commercial performance of the Business Credit Cards portfolio.

You will turn insights from customer and portfolio data into actionable recommendations, working with Product, Finance, Pricing, Distribution, Risk and Data & Intelligence to balance customer needs with risk and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
• Experience across credit cards or lending with pricing, portfolio management or analytics.
• Strong numerical and forecasting skills with scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape the pricing strategy and commercial performance of Westpac’s Business Credit Cards portfolio.
• Develop pricing recommendations, assess impacts and track outcomes after changes.
• Analyse customer behaviour and portfolio performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Pricing, Distribution, Risk and Data & Intelligence to influence decisions.
• Own the portfolio performance view and turn insights into practical opportunities.
