Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Sydney's CBD is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead a team of Claims Officers and own the claims function.

This hands-on leadership role shapes claims performance, customer outcomes and process improvements while you coach your team and collaborate with external service providers. You will drive improvements, monitor KPIs, and influence governance while leading from the front.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims leadership experience.
• Commercial Property & Casualty / General Insurance experience.
• Proven people leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong technical claims and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience managing complex claims and external service providers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
