The Opportunity

This is a career-defining Senior Manager opportunity within the growing Business Services & Advisory team. You’ll lead significant client engagements, partner with business owners on strategic matters, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the division. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of complex clients including SMEs, private family groups and HNWIs
• Drive business advisory consulting across structuring, strategy and tax planning
• Oversee delivery of complex financial statements, tax returns and technical reviews
• Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing team of accountants and emerging leaders
• Manage workflow, budgets, and client expectations at a strategic level
• Contribute to business development and build external networks
• Collaborate with Partners on firmwide initiatives and practice growth
