Findex in Australia is seeking a Manager in our Business Advisory team to oversee a portfolio of complex client work and lead a team of Junior Accountants.

You’ll shape a high‑performance culture where compliance meets genuine client service, coach the team, and develop talent while maintaining strong client relationships.

Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and advisory reports, and collaborate with Partners to deliver on budgets.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification with accounting degree is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a public practice environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Diplomatic and proactive stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review complex financial statements, tax returns, and reports for clients.
• Lead, delegate, and coordinate work across the team to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for value add.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior accountants.
• Maintain knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
