PKF Australia Limited in Melbourne is seeking multiple Business Advisory Managers to lead a diverse client portfolio, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior staff. You will review financial statements, tax returns, and strategic advisory projects while fostering strong client relationships.

You will work with Directors and Partners to manage workflows, deadlines, and deliverables, delivering high-quality advisory services across industries.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Approximately 7+ years of public practice tax and business advisory experience.
• Previous leadership experience is essential.
• Strong technical expertise across Division 7A, CGT, small business tax concessions, FBT, indirect taxes, and year-end tax planning.

Responsabilités

• Review financial statements and management reports.
• Review income tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Directors and Partners to manage workflow and deadlines.
• Provide coaching and technical support to junior team members.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted contact.
• Respond to client queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with business advisory engagements and strategic projects.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare recommendations for decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
