You will mentor junior staff and drive advisory solutions across accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with a clear path for progression within a flexible hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification required.
• Strong Business Advisory experience within a Chartered Accounting firm.
• Experience managing client relationships and engagements.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Business Advisory clients.
• Lead accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on tax strategies and business growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review work and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants.
• Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Business Advisory team.
