Job summary

PKF - Australia is seeking a Business Advisory Services Manager to lead a high performing team across regional clients in Newcastle and Scone. The role offers a clear progression toward senior leadership and Partnership, with flexible work arrangements in a national firm.

You will manage relationships, deliver advisory and tax solutions, and mentor staff while contributing to client growth and firm development. This is an on-site/hybrid opportunity based in NSW.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Strong experience in Business Services and Advisory in a Chartered Accounting environment.
• Sound technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Experience using Xero and MYOB.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen client relationships.
• Deliver proactive business advisory, taxation and accounting solutions.
• Review and oversee preparation of financial statements and tax compliance work.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Work closely with Partners and leadership teams.
• Contribute to business development and client growth opportunities.
• Help drive exceptional outcomes for clients and the wider team.
