Job summary

PKF Australia in NSW is seeking an experienced Business Advisory Services Manager to lead a high-performing team, deepen client relationships and deliver strategic accounting, taxation and advisory services.

Based in Newcastle or Scone with flexible work arrangements, you will supervise financial statements, tax compliance, and client growth opportunities while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with Partners.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Strong advisory experience in a Chartered Accounting environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen client relationships to deliver continued growth.
• Provide proactive business advisory, taxation and accounting solutions.
• Review and oversee preparation of financial statements and tax compliance work.
• Support and mentor junior team members and collaborate with Partners.
• Lead, develop and motivate the advisory team.
• Contribute to business development and client growth opportunities.
