Job summary

Milne AgriGroup seeks a Senior Management Accountant to lead the end-to-end financial close for Milne Feeds at the Welshpool mill, partnering with sales and operations to drive performance and produce accurate P&L and stock reporting.

You will have 5+ years in manufacturing/agribusiness finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred). This on-site role offers on-site parking and a focus on cost, process, and margin improvements.

Qualifications

• Five years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or agribusiness.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, standard costing and inventory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Ability to partner with non-finance managers on site to drive performance.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to lead change.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly close and P&L pack preparation.
• Perform multi-currency processing including month-end revaluations.
• Manage inventory reporting, stock takes, variances and adjustments.
• Coordinate procurement reporting, PPV and weekly procurement oversight.
• Review COS/WIP, set up costing in Epicor and post journals.
