Job summary

Zenith Search is seeking a CPA/CA qualified Senior Management Accountant for a Perth-based role within a growing mining services company. The role is hands-on, operations-focused and based in the corporate office.

You will work within a high-performance finance team, driving cost and project analyses, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end activities while prioritising system and process optimisation to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Senior management accounting experience in a sophisticated finance function.
• CPA/CA qualification required.
• Mining industry knowledge highly regarded and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis and project analysis to inform decision making.
• Lead project forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Prepare management and financial reporting for stakeholders.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align financials with site activities.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
• Drive technology and systems enhancements to optimise finance processes.
