Inner West Council in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major capital projects. You will manage all phases from feasibility through handover, coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet strategic goals and community expectations.

The role emphasizes governance, budget control, and timely delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital capability across the team.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Building or related fields with project management units.
• Extensive project management experience delivering on time and on budget with practical/innovative solutions.

Mansioni

• Deliver major capital projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and budget control.
• Lead project planning, design, approvals, procurement, and contract management.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative requirements.
• Engage stakeholders and community groups to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Manage risks, variations, delays, and reporting across all project phases.
• Support strategic planning, feasibility assessments, and prioritisation of future projects.
