Job summary

WSP Australia is seeking a Major Projects Executive to lead Rail, Maritime & Freight initiatives across Western Australia from Perth. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategic delivery and secure major project outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in transport infrastructure, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and Chartered or Fellow status, with strong governance, risk, and client-relations capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in transport infrastructure.
• Proven delivery of complex rail, maritime and freight projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Chartered/Fellow member status.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major transport projects (typically >$10M) in WA.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and profitability.
• Lead work-winning, bid strategy and client engagement.
• Establish risk management, compliance and governance processes.
• Drive client relationships and champion Digital Engineering.
• Mentor project managers and staff; collaborate with stakeholders.
