Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) APAC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures, and to drive AI transformation programs for major Australian clients. The role demands deep experience with Copilot readiness, enterprise integration, and executive stakeholder engagement, across a matrixed, global organization.

You will partner with clients to design and implement end-to-end cloud and AI solutions, guiding strategy, roadmaps, and operating models

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience, with enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture.
Experience guiding customers through Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, pilot, deployment, adoption and value-realisation initiatives.
Strong consulting capability in AI strategy, maturity assessment, use-case discovery, roadmap definition, operating-model design and responsible AI adoption.
Demonstrated success planning and facilitating client workshops with executives, business leaders, security teams, data owners, architects, administrators and end users.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Teams, SharePoint Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud and AI transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Guide customers through Copilot readiness, pilot, deployment, and value realisation initiatives.
Shape AI strategies, maturity assessments, roadmaps, and operating models for clients.
Lead workshops with executives, security teams, and data owners to align on architecture and outcomes.
Deliver architecture and integration patterns for Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio, Graph, and Power Platform.
