LegalVision is expanding its Corporate Transactions practice and seeks an experienced M&A lawyer to join as Senior Associate. You will advise founders, investor-backed and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of transactions, from early investments to complex acquisitions.

You will run deals end-to-end, supervise a small team, and contribute to training and growth within the firm. Based in our vibrant Surry Hills office with flexible work-from-home options, this role offers leadership

Formación

• 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactions, private M&A.
• Confident in running deals and negotiations.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with business acumen.
• Collaborative leader who mentors juniors and grows the team.

Responsabilidades

• Run private M&A transactions end-to-end across industries.
