Job summary

LegalVision seeks a motivated 2-4 PQE corporate lawyer to join our corporate advisory team in Sydney. You will work alongside exceptional lawyers on a diverse client base, from SMEs to growth ventures, handling transactions across M&A, capital raisings, debt facilities and regulatory advice.

The role involves end-to-end deal exposure, cap table work, and strategic commercial guidance while balancing high-volume workflows with client service. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate advisory, M&A or capital-raising in a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflows and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist on end-to-end transactional matters including M&A, cap raises, debt financing and regulatory advice.
• Take ownership of matters and manage workflows across deals.
• Engage directly with clients to provide practical, commercial guidance and build relationships.
