Job summary

KBR’s Infrastructure Solutions team in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Low Voltage and Control Engineer to lead LV distribution and control system design across major infrastructure projects. You will drive MCC/LCP concepts, prepare robust design documentation, and ensure compliance with Australian standards.

Qualifications

• Established experience in LV electrical and control system engineering within infrastructure, transport, or water sectors.
• Deep experience in LV distribution, MCC design, LCP layout, hardwired control schematics, relay logic, and interlocks.
• Proven hands-on experience designing specific control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of LV electrical distribution and control system designs across infrastructure projects.
• Drive design of MCC, LCP, motor control systems and interlocking schemes.
• Perform LV calculations, cable sizing, protection coordination, and system modelling.
• Prepare SLDs, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and design specifications.
