Sephora Macquarie Centre in Sydney is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) for a full-time role. You will lead a team of 20+ beauty advisors, shape the client experience, and drive premium service in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

The role requires proven leadership, P&L awareness, and passion for training and developing staff. Expect extensive onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow within the Sephora/LVMH network.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail management experience including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting.
• Hands-on leaders, passionate about being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and empower their team to achieve excellence.
• Demonstrate a deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating an unparalleled experiential luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the client experience and lead a dynamic team of 20+ beauty advisors.
• Drive a high-performance selling culture to exceed KPIs and elevate team capabilities.
• Utilise data to inform operational decisions and coordinate with senior management.
• Oversee communications within the team and maintain strong dialogue with the wider management group.
