Job summary

HRG is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to lead LTE network design and optimisation for a major rail project in Perth. You will provide technical leadership across planning, testing and acceptance while staying hands-on with design work and stakeholder engagement.

Based in Western Australia, this Perth-based contract role offers exposure to RF design, verification and delivery across remote and local teams, with opportunities to shape technical decisions and deliver critical railway communications.

Qualifications

• LTE radio networks, RF planning, design and optimisation experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical activities or teams and manage RF deliverables.
• Experience in complex telecom or infrastructure projects; rail or in-building coverage is valuable; Australian PR or Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead LTE RF planning, design, testing and optimisation activities to meet project requirements through to acceptance.
• Guide RF planning, testing and optimisation engineers; review technical documentation and coordinate design verification.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering leads and project teams on technical requirements and RF issues.
